Deposit & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms relating to deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable

• Your deposit will be deducted from your final treatment balance

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received

• We reserve the right to release any appointment slot if a deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe

3. Payments

• The remaining balance for your treatment/service is due on the day of your appointment

• Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in refusal of service

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in:

  • Loss of your deposit

  • A new deposit required to secure another booking

• This policy also applies to:

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals where the appointment cannot proceed

5. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled depending on availability

• If we are unable to carry out your treatment due to lateness, this will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited

6. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

• Payments for completed treatments/services are non-refundable

• If a treatment is deemed unsuitable or cannot proceed for medical or professional reasons, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In rare and genuine cases, exceptions may be considered at management discretion. However, this is not guaranteed.
